Dr. Vinay Dhir MD, DNB, FASGE

Dr Vinay has been practicing Gastroenterology for over 30 years. He is world renowned as an interventional endoscopy practitioner, as well as thought leader in research and endoscopy techniques. Over the last decade, Dr. Dhir has become known as one of the top Endoscopists in India, with patients traveling from across the country to receive specialist treatment from him and the team at IDL Care. He has particular interest in diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound, and has several highly cited publications in indexed international journals and is regularly invited as faculty to the world’s leading courses on interventional Endoscopy. Dr Vinay has also founded IDL Care’s pioneering School Of EUS, known globally for its online training course in EUS for early and mid-career gastroenterologists.
Dr. Aruna A Dhir, MD

Dr Aruna brings more than 25 years experience. Most recently, she was the Head of Department of Medicine at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. She has done extensive work on predisposing conditions for cancer such as infections and obesity, in addition to coexisting conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Aruna’s experience is vital to our approach of providing holistic and proactive patient care, going beyond specific interventions and complex procedures. She has an MD from Tata Memorial Hospital, and has also trained and worked at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Center in New York and the Academic Center in Amsterdam.
Dr. Rahul Shah MRCP, CCST
Dr Shah has been trained in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the UK and has been practicing for more than a decade. He has keen interest and expertise in interventional endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease and GI physiology. Dr Shah has several publications, abstracts in national and international journals and conferences.
Dr. Priyanka Udawat MBBS, D.N.B (Pediatrics)
Pediatric Gastroenterology
Dr Udawat is an expert in managing pediatric liver transplant cases. She has immense experience in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in children like upper and lower GI endoscopy, anal manometry and liver biopsies.
